Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time: After dispatch, orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 10–18 business days.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 days to show updates.

Christmas orders: For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, please order by December 1. Holiday periods can cause carrier delays.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at demello.doc@gmail.com and we'll resend it or give you a full refund.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
